No-Size will make the attack ignore Size when dealing damage and deciding the to-hit percentage.
Based on the difference between the two combatant's sizes, the following is normally applied to Melee attacks:
- Larger characters recieve less damage
- Smaller characters deal less damage
As well, the following is applied to all attacks:
- Larger characters are easier to hit
- Smaller characters are harder to hit
No-Size makes the weapon ignore these rules. The main purpose of this is to allow tiny characters to more effectively use melee attacks versus the predominantly larger characters that surround them, by removing the 'smaller characters deal less damage' penalty.
Less commonly, No-Size can be found on certain very large characters to remove the 'smaller characters are harder to hit' penalty so that the attack is useful against relatively tiny combatants .

If you are a small character, this can be a very useful effect to purchase/use. Note that while it will do more damage, it will also lose the to-hit boost one would normally get versus larger targets.
Normal-sized characters are probably better off without it, unless you plan to spend a lot of time fighting much bigger or much smaller targets.
